1. Acceptance of Service

By using the Mirror app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mirror is a digital reflection platform designed for emotional awareness and personal growth. It offers AI-powered analysis, a multi-dimensional soul map, and an anonymous Misel Network.

Mirror is a mirror — not therapy, not medical diagnosis, not a treatment tool, not coaching. Mirror only reflects — it does not change, transform, or direct. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that:

• • You are at least 13 years old; if you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent
• • Your content is lawful and does not infringe others' rights
• • You will not share hate speech, harassment, or harmful content on Misel Network
• • You are responsible for account security
• • You will not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Subscription and Payment

Mirror's core experience is free; Clarus and Altus are optional premium subscriptions for those who want more depth:

• • You may subscribe to only one premium plan at a time
• • Payments are processed via Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• • Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period ends
• • Refunds follow Apple/Google standard policies
• • You can cancel on your device via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (your Apple ID subscriptions)
• • Renewal is charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• • You will be notified before any price change takes effect; a price increase you do not accept will not renew your subscription

• • Clarus (First Light): Premium subscription plan, offered monthly or annually.
• • Altus (Full Depth): Upper-tier plan including everything in Clarus plus additional depth modules; requires a monthly or annual subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mirror app, logo, design, and content belong to Mirror AI Technology, Inc. Your reflection data remains yours; we process it only to provide the Service.

6. Service Limitations

We provide Mirror "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of Mirror.

8. Account Cancellation and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time:

• • In-app: Settings → Account → "Delete My Account"
• • By email: send "Account Deletion Request" to hi@mirrorid.ai
• • Deletion completes within 30 days; all data is permanently removed
• • If you have an active subscription, cancel via Apple/Google first
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Misel Network rules

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Delaware, USA.

Users in Turkey retain rights under KVKK and Turkish consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you in-app about material changes.
